Good machine, even better delivery and service.

This is my first Amana PTAC, it replaced a GE Zoneline which served me well. I will have to wait until summer to get a sense of how well the air-conditioning works, but the heater has been impressive during this very cold winter. Ordering this unit was very easy, communication with the company was great, and the same goes for delivery. I had a question about the dip Switch settings and Kevin was a great help.
