Women's 3-in-1 Waterproof Ski Jacket with Fleece Liner

As advertised

Runs small. I can wear outer jacket nicely, but the fleece part is too small & sticks to shirt making it impossible to get on.

The coat itself is really well made. Problem I have is the sizing chart is not right. I bought a 2 x and the sleeves were short, didnt fit a crossed chest like it should have and was tight around hips.
