Zany but absorbing (!) tale of suspense

This zany comedy was new to us both in story-line and style, but I for one enjoyed it. Thanks for the subtitles, and very clear video (we could see the cables, dimly but distinct, that suspended our famous detective hero as he "flew"), with good sound. Now I understand why this comedy is regarded as a cult-classic. Your catalog description persuaded me to buy it, and I was not disappointed. You confirmed my order and sent it promptly - thanks. This experience is helping us understand the venerable Czech cinema character.
