One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had so far. My order was never received within the promised timeframe, and when I contacted customer service, I was told to reach out to the shipping provider myself—even though I paid the company for the order and delivery. I still took the extra step of contacting the shipping provider, but they never responded or provided any proof of delivery. At this point, I’m left without my order, without proof that it was delivered, and without meaningful support from the company. If customers are paying your company for a product and delivery, the responsibility should not simply be pushed onto the shipping provider when something goes wrong. I expected the company to investigate the issue and provide a proper resolution. Very disappointing experience. I hope this can be addressed and that better customer support is provided going forward.

The book has really good facts and interesting questions. My daughter is very happy with it! The only thing I’m a little concerned about is the quality of the pages, as I feel they could be better. Other than that, it’s a very good book.
