This arrived perfectly packaged about 2 weeks after my purchase. The customer service was amazing and let me know that for my smaller head size, this was ideal. Although the DVC team let me know that warping may occur during transit, this was able to make it perfectly intact and safe to the West Coast. I can’t wait to use this for my fursuit head!
