Coffee good but not the rewards program

The coffee is good but I’ve never understood the rewards program. Points are accumulated but are impossible to use, then they disappear. Or maybe they’re still there, I don’t know. Some rewards programs actually pay off but this one I’ve never understood.

I've enjoyed Santa Barbara Roasting Co. coffees for quite a while and have never been disappointed. This Kona Macadamia Nut coffee is delicious! The aroma is so good just filling the kitchen as I grind and brew. Outstanding coffee!
