DownAround® Feather Pillow

Pillow arrived on time and was easy to wash/dry. Packaging was beautiful. I was so excited to finally have a "hotel pillow" at home. Unfortunately, the pillow I chose has a density that was much too firm. After reaching out to their customer service team, they gave me helpful recommendations for my pillow preferences and I am hopeful to be finding my dream pillow soon!

The pillow was too firm. So I’m returning it and I’m not very pleased about having to pay a shipping charge to send it back.

These are so cozy-plush without being too soft and supportive without feeling firm
