I bought a kit recently and nowhere in the materials did it indicate that the QR-code on the page with the floss key is for a digital version of the pattern. If the info was clearly stated it would have saved me having to contact customer service. The digital file does not include the floss key, which makes it a hassle to use with a stitching app.
