I bought these racks not just to carry my luggage but to protect my muffler and bike. A week after fitting them I had a hard fall on to gravel road and slid 10 metres. The racks scratched up but we're very strong and didn't bend or give at all . Also fantastic customer service .. Thankyou Westwind for a great product at na affordable price . Very happy 👌

These pannier racks look amazing. They are very solid and very well crafted. My only issue was during installation the bolt holes were not quite lined up. Took a lot of muscle and grit to get them to fit. Other than that, they're fantastic. Customer service is top notch. Without issue or delay, they helped remedy my errors.
