Best Bike I’ve Ever Owned

Awesome MTB E-Bike. It’s fast, efficient and fits me perfectly. The build quality is great and the component spec is top notch for the price. The battery life has lasted me over two hours in grueling, hot, and steep climbing conditions and I still had half of the battery left by the time I finished. I would recommend to anyone who wants to take their mountain biking to the next level!

Disappointed

I purchased the Polygon Siskiu T6E a couple weeks ago and was very excited to start riding. Put it together as soon as I received it and went around the block, no issues, the second I went off-road on a beginner trail, chain fell off multiple times. Continued to fall off every single time I went for a ride after that and had to put back on multiple times on trail. Couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t stay on, then once I thought I had it fixed, the chain broke. Less than 5 rides total and the almost $4k bike couldn’t be ridden. Zero customer service and help on a fix, but I guess I’m being sent a new chain.

I bought for my boys and know I can’t keep up with them! Great bike to go anywhere!
