ELEVATE – Violet

These shoes did not fit. They were too long for my size and the shoe has toe grooves that my feet were not able to fit into. I was not able to exchange the shoe because they do not carry a smaller size. To return the shoe was a huge headache. I had to write to the company twice before i got a response . Then i had to fill out a survey. Then I had to package it myself. They do not have return shiping labels. Then I had to pay for shipping myself. I wont know if they will refund my money until they get the shoe back. So I am down both all that time but also the $16 in shipping.

Love the color. Cant wait to try them on my upcoming cruise.
