Placed order nearly a month ago and still haven’t received it. Not sure if I like it or dislike like it at this point. However, I can say the service and communication has been lacking to say the least. UPDATE: Wanted to come back to provide an update. The CEO reach out directly and resolved the issue. Based on that interaction, the customer service is exceptional and I look forward to returning to give a review on the product. Thanks Faith!
