Stretch & Mobility Board (+Free Training Guide)

Bought this product under a promotion advertising a free training guide and free ankle board along with the stretch & mobility board. I did not receive the training guide or the free gift of the ankle board. The stretch & mobility board arrived by itself in a box with no guide, receipt, or other information or instructions. So obviously the big promotion was a little scammy. I do think the item I received seems well made. I guess I will just have to look at the pictures on their website to figure out how I’m supposed to use it.

I have emailed the contact email three times with no response. The prodict was delivered missing one of rhe anti slip pads. So the board is not flat and possibly unstable because one corner has no pad.

Just received the package today and I used the board. It is stable but too early to say if it works. I also ordered the ankle board. There was absolutely no instructions and only received an e instructions for the board and nothing about the ankle board. It should have come with instructions and where to place the 3 different sized velcro bases and how to use. It may be useless if cant find any instructions.
