16/D. I have only had these boots for a few weeks but so far they are quite comfortable and appear to be made well for the price. I have fairly narrow heels and ankles and I can wear these with thick socks or with regular socks and an insert very comfortably.

Well..

I like the boots but I don't like the way they lace up! I prefer boot holes rather than boot hooks. Didn't keep the box so I'm stuck with them now
