Our favorite shelling pea

Green Arrow is my favorite variety of shelling peas. I've grown them for many years. They make a long pod with lots of peas. Sweet with good flavor, and hardy. I grow in zone 4. They'll handle a late frost. Very productive and reliable. Good for fresh eating or for freezing.

I'm happy with service and results so far - here is time line hope it helps your new customers. I bought the treated seed as I typically have poor germination due to (assumption) soil pathogen causing deformed sprouts. Ordered 4/19/23; shipped 4/20; arrived 4/22; planted 4/27; started sprouting 5/3; about 70% are up and looking healthy 5/5/23. Again, so far I'm very pleased, but the truth will be in the results in a few months.
