Just wonderful .. Bakers Authority and Callebaut for the win!

Best price around on the best chocolate to use in Chocolate Croissants. This is the third box I have purchased of Callebaut Dark Chocolate Sticks, although the other two were sadly not from Bakers Authority. But the next box will be! I have also been known to sneak a stick or 3 as a bedtime snack. They are smooth and rich flavoured.

I am so picky in the quality of chocolate but this is the chocolate that I taste in Fancy bakeries. I also was amazed about the packaging. It was well packed with ice pack . Thank you!
