The Best OrgXIII Coat I’ve Ever Encountered

This review is long, so as a tl;dr: This coat is worth the money ten times over, and is easily the best OrgXIII coat you will EVER find. If you were ever thinking about getting it, please do yourself a favor and snag one ASAP. Future You will thank you in spades later. I’m an ardent Organization XIII cosplayer, and I’ve been regularly cosplaying as an ambiguous Organization XIII member for well over a decade now, complete with the fully blacked out hood and all. I’m EXTREMELY particular about details, and I enjoy finding areas of perfection just as much as I do finding opportunities for improvement. That being said, I’ve seen and felt more Organization XIII coats than you can shake a stick at. And lemme tell ya, when it comes to quality, if those cheap $5 black rain coats on eBay are the lowest end of the scale, then these coats are a 9.9/10 on the scale — the only things better than this specific coat would be custom-made garments specifically tailored for entering mastery-level cosplay contests. There’s so much they got right it’s not even funny, and in fact it’s downright stunning how faithful they stayed to the source material without compromising on materials or feel. Not only are the metal beads at the end of the drawstrings extremely high-quality and incredibly accurate, but they’re also weighted and don’t compromise on cost. I could probably throw these against the ground and hurt the ground more than the metal. (Note: Probably don’t actually do that) Metal bits aside, the stitching on this coat is positively divine, and they made the hood both aesthetically appealing as well as fully functional as a coat hood. The way the hood drapes over the back when it’s lowered is an impressive compromise between accuracy and form. The material the coat is made of is on the heavier end, but that speaks to both the quality of materials as well as the effectiveness at being an actual coat and protecting you from the elements. It feels incredible to wear, and you can seriously tell how much work they put into making this into the best coat it can possibly be. Words alone can’t even begin to convey how comfortable and form-fitting this thing feels, and not even photos or videos can fully give an accurate portrayal of just how much care and effort they poured into this and how wonderfully it came out. It’s honestly shocking that they’re selling it for the price it’s currently at ($178 at the time of writing), because something of this insane quality could easily go for much more and still turn a total profit. So if you were ever thinking of getting one, absolutely go for it! This is one purchase that is literally impossible to regret, especially for any diehard Organization XIII fan.

My older brother is a die hard Kingdom Hearts fan and I know he was eyeing this coat. He has always dreamed of having his own org XIII coat since he was little, he was instantly obsessed with this coat and I could not be happier with his reaction :') The coat is genuinely such nice quality and super hefty! The tassels are easily removeable and I can see the coat lasting a long time.

I got this for my little brother for his birthday, and omg the weight of it, that was something I wasnt expecting. But I was mega pleasantly surprised by the quality! Amazing!
