Ariel Backpack (Pebbled Leather)

Super bag and just the right size for toting stuff around town without being too big to lug around. The bag will not fit a laptop but will fit a tablet and 20z water bottle plus other small items. The straps are made of parachute material and look decent when worn as a backpack, but the straps detract from the look of the bag when worn as a shoulder bag or cross body. The bag is sold without top a handle but really needs one - I was hoping to be able to purchase the knotted handle separately, but it is currently out of stock. I'm not reducing my rating because I bought the bag as it was described but there is room to upgrade the look by including leather straps.

false advertising

sold as 5 ways to wear but the top handle (knotted handle) clearly shown in images is not only NOT included but also discounted. Customer service stopped responding after pointing out that this is false advertising.

A lovely backpack, I'm really looking forward to using it. I would have loved it to be shipped in more sustainable packaging - it came in a large non-compostable shipping bag.
