i was hesitant to try period underwear but as my sister kept telling me to get it (sponsor her she genuinely kept selling these to me, lol kidding) but seriously these are great and im glad that i gave it a try. going to buy more :)

Higher protection in the back!

I really love these underwear, it feels very safe and absorbs great! It does not feel bulky or anything. I highly recommend the knix period underwear!

Not for super heavy periods

It does not hold super heavy periods or bladder incontinence. For reference, on my heavy days, I go through three menstrual cups (Size 2 Diva Cup). However, it does hold minor bladder incontinence well. The only downside is that the back is thick, which makes it at times uncomfortable and not very breathable.
