5Pcs Apex Utensils Kitchen Set

I just received the utensils and have not used them. My initial impression is that they are very light weight, enough that I am concerned they are vulnerable to being easily bent. The underside has been machined and has what I would describe as sharp edges. Is there any risk of injury, time will tell. I am not planning to return them simply because returns are a hassle. IMO, this is an example of why some things should be purchased in a store where you can make a decision to buy based on what you can see and feel.

These are high quality stainless steel cooking utensils thay are so nice. Large and easy to clean.
