Womens Cara Loafer Brown Sugar Leopard Suede

Shoe fits very narrow with a stiffness that does not seem like it would improve over time. Liked the brown leapord print but the sole is very rugged. Had to return. Toms are normally my shoe to go to for comfort. This shoe is not comfortable.

Concerned

I loved the shoes but they did not fit well. I went to the website and followed the return instructions. 11 days later they still have not issued a refund. I attempted to follow up but couldn't get past the BOT. I will never order from Tom's again!

Sizing was a little smaller than other shoes ive purchased but great quality, cute shoe
